Service Description

Permanent eyeliner involves using a tattooing technique to apply ink along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner. Top eyeliner is designed per client preference and eye shape. Price may vary based on desired eyeliner look. Bottom eyeliner additional $50

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact via PHONE or TEXT 808-666-9380 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling and/or cancellation is within 48 hours deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any cancelations within 24 hours will forfeit your deposit. Any NO Shows without given notice will need to pay in full for any future appointments.
